Life on the Farm
Hi everyone! I’m Susan Haynes, and I’m honored to share Big Oak Hill Ranch with you.

For over 30 years, my husband John and I made this 330-acre farm in Magnolia, AR, our home. We raised our girls here, cared for all kinds of animals, and spent countless days exploring the dirt roads, fishing the ponds, and watching the sunsets over the pastures. Now, our grandkids are carrying on that same love for the outdoors.

John had a deep passion for this land and for bringing people together. Though he is no longer with us, his craftsmanship and love can be seen in everything he built here. This farm has been a place of joy, love, and celebration for our family, and it brings me so much happiness to see others making their own special memories here.
​Our facilities provide the perfect place for family and friends to come together, blending the beauty of the outdoors with the comfort of modern amenities. Private tours are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon without an appointment. Afternoon tours from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday tours are by appointment only.
